14 & 15 Weeks!

Ok, so I am horrible with this pregnancy (in my defense I have honestly been sooooo busy with family stuff, previous commitments, getting ready for Eli's party, photo shoots and random stuff in between) that I swear I feel like if I blink my day is gone! I have another month of this craziness and then I am hoping things calm down. Anyway I totally missed my 14 week update because I was not here and I just now realized that I am going on 16 and still have not updated! Wow... talk about craziness, almost 16 weeks! Anyway here are the weekly belly shots (thank God for my tri-pod and the self timer on the camera) Mark usually takes the pictures for me but he has been leaving the house at 4:00 am and not coming home until 6-6:30 pm for the past 3 weeks so he hasn't been around to take them for me :( I think he secretly LOVES to do it because when I am downloading the pictures onto the computer there ALWAYS seems to be a few pictures of my butt or boobs that he manages to squeeze in there ;) I LOVE MY HUBBY!

15 Weeks

We had our Monthly doctor's visit on Monday and everything checked out great! No weight gain yet WOOT, WOOT! According to the doctor my belly still has not grown, although I beg to differ. I think I am sporting a very fashionable Kangaroo pouch these days! My BP was good, on the lower range of average which is FANTASTIC! No signs of pre-clampsia which I have been terrified off since I did notice some swelling in my fingers this week (chucking it up to the awesome Phoenix heat) The baby's HB was 158 bpm which is perfect (and almost exactly the same as Eli's was) if there is any truth to the whole HB thing my prediction of another boy is right on! Although M swears it's a little girl. I am refusing to bet anything this time around since I love the names we have picked out, I wouldn't want him changing them just because he won! (Which he would do by the way and end up naming our child Racker, Gable or Quinny) not really but you get what I am getting at ;) Emotionally I was back to normal this week, I think the only thing getting at me these days is the fact that Eli will be 1 next week! EEEEKKK!!! We also got to schedule our "BIG" U/S which will be August 9 at 7:50 am so mark your calenders in case you have any secret bets of your own going on! :) Pickles are still the BEST! All in all, everything is going as expected. Healthy which is the only thing that we've been praying for.

***On another note, I have a close friend who lost her baby this past weekend. I was devastated and in tears when I heard what happened and I couldn't help but remember last month when I thought we were losing ours. I thanked God then and there for continuing to watch over this pregnancy and thanked him for Mark, for Eli, for Eddie and then I went down the list of everyone in my family. I am absolutely devastated for this family and want to ask for any extra prayers to be sent their way, and while you are at it, remember to truly Thank God for those precious ones in your life. It's so easy for us to get wrapped up in our perfect busy lives and most often forgetting the very reason why everything is so perfect.***

14 Weeks

Not too much with the pregnancy, still no weight gain, no morning sickness, no gagging this week, no fatigue or sleepiness. If it weren't for the fact that I ate pickles with cream cheese all week (yup, that is what I am eating now a days) I wouldn't even think I am pregnant. I was an emotional mess this week, I don't remember feeling this emotional with Eli, I broke down EVERY SINGLE DAY this week. If I didn't know I was pregnant I would be very concerned about being depressed or something, my breaking point was standing outside of Wal-Mart bawling my eyes out because the car that parked next to me parked right on the line and I could not get Eli in! I stood there and cried for about 5 minutes until the lady came out!
