Trip to the ER AGAIN!

I went to student teaching yesterday and went to the nurse turn in the paperwork I had gotten at the hospital. She said I couldn't be there if I had a fever. I told her I felt fine but she said she was going to take my temperature just in case. Well she sent me straight to my OBGYN because she said I had a hundred and three!!!! When I got to the OBGYN, they sent me straight to the ER... Again! Second time in three days! I decided to go to a different hospital considering the bad experience I had had on Saturday. Well, things went so much different this time! As soon as I got there, they took me in, I never even sat down to wait! :) They took my temperature but it was down to 98.4 I had taken medicine about an hour and a half before that so the fever had probably gone down. They drew blood, they swabbed my throat for "Striped throat", they made me pee in a cup, took my blood pressure, checked my breathing, checked my ears & eyes, anything you can think of, and to top it off, everyone there was so nice, very friendly and very helpful. All my tests came back good, I was negative for striped throat, my white blood count was .10 over the normal level but he said that it was most likely because I had been running fevers. My blood pressure however was 86/52 they were very concerned about that considering I have never had issues with that before. I was a bit dizzy though most likely because of all the blood they drew, they kept an eye and me and said they would take it again in about half an hour. They hooked me up to an IV because I was dehydrated from the fevers. They let me sleep for about a hour while on the IV, when the doctor came back he took my blood pressure again, this time much better. He also told me that there was fluid in both my ears and that my throat was red and swollen and he said I most likely had some type of sinus infection thus causing my headaches and fevers!!!! Ahhhh Finlay an answer. He put me on some antibiotics for 5 days. I need to go back to my doctors for a checkup in 2-3 days. If I still am having fevers then I need to go the ER again so they can run more tests, but this doctor did say that he didn't think I needed the Lumbar Puncture!
