28 Week Belly Picture
Only two and a half more months! Wow... time is flying by so fast! Not much to report this week, I did have a tiny scare. I bled a little last Tuesday night. I let Mark know but since it wasn't too much I figured it could wait till morning. When I went to bed I started having some weird sensations about every 20 seconds for about half an hour. I figured it was the baby hiccuping or something and went to sleep. Well on Wednesday morning when I woke up I was having some really strong menstrual cramps. I went ahead and went to school however when I got there, they were so strong that I could barely walk! I made it in and called my doctor. One of the nurses finally returned my phone call and took down all my symptoms, by that point my pain was pretty mild. She told me that everything was ok as long as I did not continue bleeding they advised me to go to the ER if it happened again. (Thank god it hasn't) They concluded that my weird sensations was not the baby hiccuping but possibly braxton hicks contractions and they are not sure on the bleeding, it could be many things but since it stopped they can't do much about it which I am ok with at this point. I rather have NO bleeding.
Everything else is good. The little guy is kicking so hard now, he has hurt me several times, in fact about 5 times tonight alone! :) He also kicked Mark on the cheek when Mark decided he was going to lay his head on my belly! Mark got a kick out of the baby kicking him on the face! :) I have felt really good overall, It seems like the only thing really bothering me right now is the heat! I have decided that I will be moving to Alaska for the summer! At least until the baby is born! ;) The highest it has gotten so far is 105 degrees and I can't begin to imagine how I am going to handle the heat when it's up in the one hundred and teens! :( I really am beginning to freak out. My itchiness is gone, and I still only have that one little stretch mark. I am having issues shaving, I think I have about 2 weeks left of being able to do it myself. I am still gagging occasionally and for some reason it seems like I can't drink enough water which is really killing me at night because I am waking up about 5 times to pee!
This past weekend was Mother's Day! My parents surprised us by coming up! It wasn't planned but since my Great Grandmother has not been doing well in health lately, they decided to come and spend Mother's day up here which was nice because I was able to spend it with my mom, grandma, and great grandma! :) Here are a few pictures!
