32 Week Belly Picture
Ohh goodness... this child is having some sort of party in my belly today! He has been extremely active and has not stopped moving in the last 4 hours! He keeps squirming around in there and some of his movements are really beginning to hurt! I have no idea how he is positioned because my entire belly just jiggles! I feel a hard jab up on my right rib, and then a few seconds later I feel something else on my lower left side so who knows what he is celebrating in there! Perhaps it was that piece of Ice Cream Cake I had earlier :)
Anyway, like usual week 32 came and went way to fast! I did however have a growth spurt this week because I outgrew a pair of maternity pants! They are very uncomfortable around my belly now so I had to retire them and will be passing them along to a close friend of mine. My belly button has had a mind of it's own. I wake up in the morning and it's flat or only the left half is sticking out, but somehow by the end of the day it is poking out! You can tell in the picture if you look closely how it's starting to poke out so I am curious to see what happens within the next few weeks. Heartburn was horrible this week! Perhaps the worst I have had. I had to run to the toilet a few times this week with how bad it was. I can't even bend over to put my shoes on or pick something off the floor because I start coughing and have to run to the bathroom. Tumbs are hardly any relief, Prilosec didn't work and Zantac hasn't done much so I don't know what to do, I am just hoping that it goes away once this little one arrives. I have also developed some sort of rash on my chest area... :( doesn't itch or anything but it doesn't look very nice. My legs have been extremely itchy and dry so I will be applying some Aveno lotion to see if that helps, if not it's on to Benedryll. My hands and feet have also been pretty swollen this week. I might have to be putting away my wedding rings pretty soon as I have a hard time taking them off.
Mark and I went camping with my family this weekend up to Payson Arizona. I was pretty comfortable overall, with the exception of the last night. I hardly slept because my belly was hurting so bad and although it sounds weird I swear that is when the growth spurt happened since I was VERY uncomfortable in my clothes the next morning. It was really cold up there but I am not complaining, I didn't mind getting away from the heat. Mark and I pretty much relaxed the entire time. Mark played a few rounds of horseshoe with my dad and uncles and then joined the entire family for baseball game! It was hilarious watching them the adults were more into it than the kids! (I sat on the sidelines and cheered them on since NO ONE would let me play). I just pretty much lounged around and did absolutely NOTHING! I hadn't planned on that, I actually meant to take some work with me but ended up forgetting everything the morning we left. Which I think was nice because I was able to relax. We took our dog Eddie with us and he loved it! He got to snuggle in between Mark and I at night because it was so cold, he was in heaven and did not mind at all that when we got back into town he assumed he would be sleeping on the bed with us! :) Had to put an end to that though and he went back to his bed. Sorry Eddie, but with my snoogle, my wedge pillow and the other two pillows I use there is just no extra room, I am surprised Mark is still able to find a spot on our bed! :) I think that is all for now, I only took about 5 pictures up there because I seriously was not in the mood to have the camera out. I will have to steal some from other family members so I will post those once I get them, in the meantime here is my little cousin Adrian! He so innocently went into the dog kennel to play with Lola and Mia, not realizing we could keep him in there for as long as we wanted! ;)
Camping at 32 weeks...you are a trooper girl!! Your bump is so cute & I hope that the heartburn gets better soon!!
